Confidence blooms in eighth-grader

Miller student shows growth

Max Eberle has come out of his shell at Miller Middle School within the past year.

Eberle, 14, an eighth-grader at the school, has impressed staff members such as Susan Ferneau with how much he has grown.

"His confidence has blossomed," Ferneau said.

Max Eberle, 14, is an eighth grader at Miller Middle School who has shown improved confidence this year.

Eberle said knowing that there are people he can talk to for help really helped boost his confidence.

He said science is his favorite subject in school.

"It's a fascinating subject," Eberle said.

When he's not in school, Eberle likes to take photographs, draw and spend time with family.
