International diplomacy is simply defined as the respect a country demands; not for what the nation will do, but what the nation could do!
The lack of such respect causes poor national judgement and wars. This respect is measured by many nuisances of credibility in leadership, reliability and consistency.
Under the current administration, the USA has the international respect similar to "Moosylvania," the country of "The Rocky and Bullwinkle" cartoon fame.
