IWLA executive director visits Ikes

During his recent visit to the Marshall County Izaak Walton League Chapter, 2601 Smith Ave., IWLA National Executive Director Scott Kovarovics toured the Ike’s 82 acre grounds dedicated to the preservation of nature and its resources in a sustainable and responsible way. He spoke with the Ike’s members about chapter concerns and initiatives from the national headquarters office as well as ways to help the chapter recruit and retain members. National Director Marj Striegel presented the IWLA Strategic Plan to the membership. A fish fry and potluck supper was enjoyed by Ike’s members and guests.
