• Andrea Josephine Thompson refused to be seen by the court on a theft-third degree charge. The court appointed Wesley Hoyer as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on July 29.

• Raheem Rahimalik Muhammad made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/ contempt of court charge, a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a possession of contraband in a correctional facility charge. Justin Deppe is appointed as counsel for all charges. A contempt hearing is set at 9 a.m. on July 19. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. A preliminary hearing on the drug charges is set at 1 p.m. on July 29. Muhammad is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office and sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Louisa Mary Lopez made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 27.

• Jeremy Ian Roberts Made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge and a failure to appear for a contempt hearing charge. Aron Vaughn will continue as counsel. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. The contempt hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on July 20.

• Brittany Ann Hansen made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge and a trespass charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 3 in Magistrate Court.

• Jayna Lee Lasley made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Lasley pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
