• Jordan Scott Parker made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. The probation revocation hearings will be set at 10:30 a.m. on June 5. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Gabriel Omar Santos Lopez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a parole violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on May 19. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel on the parole violation. A parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Santos Lopez is being held without bond.
• Austin Allen McDanniel made an initial appearance on a sex offender registry violation-first offense charge. The pubic defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on May 19. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Bobi Jo Patton made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court.
• Roeles Reyes Cavazos made an initial appearance on a providing false identification information charge. Reyes Cavazos pleaded guilty to the charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Matusalen Madrigal Roman made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on June 5. Madrigal Roman is being held without bond.
• Hilda Rocibel Angel Melendez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Angel Melendez pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
