• Kalil Nehemiah Wilson made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Nicholas Pilcher is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 20. Bond is set at $300 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Saphrona Marie Baker made an initial appearance on three counts of a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Steven Tyler Nichol made an initial appearance on a fraudulent use of registration charge and a driving under suspension charge. Nichol pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine for the registration charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine for the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Crystal Emilia Carrillo made an initial appearance on an assault charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Carrillo pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• Destiny Nohea Sao Martinez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is et for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 13 in Magistrate Court.

• Myia Lisa Lowe made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Grace Kitanze made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 1.

• Deven Ray Spinks failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge. The court found Spinks guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• On Sunday, Nov. 12, Julissa Cervantes, 19, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while under the influence-first offense.
