• Andrew Scott Grandstaff made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving while license is denied or revoked charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 7.

• On Thursday, Nov. 16, Alisha Lust, 54, was arrested for open container, stopping on paved or traveled portion of the roadway and operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Thursday, Nov. 16, Reginald Thomas, 46, was arrested on a mittimus warrant.
• On Thursday, Nov. 16, Annika Lyssa Shabaiash Aanenson, 24, was arrested on a warrant charging her with contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.
Accidents
• On Saturday, Nov. 4, a Jeep driven by Amy Renee McKibben, 42, was northbound on Cooper Avenue when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the McKibben Jeep was estimated at $8,000.
