• Annika Lyssa Shabaiash Aanenson made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 1. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Andrew Scott Grandstaff made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving while license is denied or revoked charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 7.

• Steven Ray Ralls made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 18. Ralls is being held without bond.

• Felix Arlex Pupo Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Pupo Rodriguez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Sha Lay Lay made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 6 in Magistrate Court.

• Tanya Lynn Boyd made an initial appearance on a dog running at large charge. Boyd pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $80 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Esterina Wabena made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 6 in Magistrate Court.

• On Thursday, Nov. 16, Kachmino Moses, 28, was arrested for assault causing bodily or mental illness-no intent, disorderly conduct and public intoxication-first offense.

• On Thursday, Nov. 16, Alisha Lust, 54, was arrested for open container, stopping on paved or traveled portion of the roadway and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Thursday, Nov. 16, Reginald Thomas, 46, was arrested on a mittimus warrant.

• On Thursday, Nov. 16, Annika Lyssa Shabaiash Aanenson, 24, was arrested on a warrant charging her with contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.

Accidents

• On Saturday, Nov. 4, a Jeep driven by Amy Renee McKibben, 42, was northbound on Cooper Avenue when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the McKibben Jeep was estimated at $8,000.
