Sept. 24

• Luke Dale Freland made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 28. Freland is being held without bond.

• Matthew John Surber made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The arraignment hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Todd Patrick Lynch made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 3. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Dustin Allen Jennings made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Jennings is being held without bond.

• Donnella Jo Horrell made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and an interference with official acts charge. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 23 in Magistrate Court.

• Shane Anthony Kapayou Jarvis failed to appear for a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

Sept. 23

• Max Edward Hutchens failed to appear for a failure to stop in an assured, clear distance charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
