• Emily Renae Keifer made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-fifth degree charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 23 in Magistrate Court.

• Glen Robert Ferneau made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Ferneau pleaded guilty and the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $433.75.

• Ashley Kay Jackson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Jackson pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Ethan Christopher Gray failed to appear for a driving undere suspension charge, an ATV-lights charge, a no insurance charge, an ATV registration and numbering required charge and an AV or ORUV operation on roadways/highways/trails charge and the court found Gray guilty on all charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The ATV-lights fine is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $428.75. ATV registration & numbering required fine is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. ATV or ORUV operation on roadways fine is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.

• Samuel Nelson Bragg made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 9. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Beau Allen Malcolm made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jennifer Weaver will be hired as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 10:15 a.m. on Oct. 4. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Dustin Allen Jennings made an initial appearance on a forgery charge and an identity theft undere $1,500 charge. Dane Hopwoord is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 2. Bond is set at $9,000 cash or surety
