• Jessica Marie Catron made an initial appearance on two counts of a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference in advance of a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $7,000 cash.
Catron was also seen on a violation of probation charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 14.
• Mitchell O’Hare made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 23 in Magistrate Court.

• On Wednesday, Sept. 25, Terry Echols, 51, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense, contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order and child endangerment-substantial risk.
• On Wednesday, Sept. 25, Mitchell O’Hare, 27, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.
• On Wednesday, Sept. 25, Jose Macias Flores, 43, was arrested for sex abuse-second degree-child-first offense and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse.

• On Thursday, Sept. 19, a theft of a storage shed valued beween $750 — $1,500 was reported at the Marshalltown Estates on Smith Avenue.
Arrests
• On Wednesday, Sept. 25, Kiedis Old bear, 31, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• On Wednesday, Sept. 25, Jessica Catron, 35, was arrested on a warrant charging her with assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, child endangerment-substantial risk, driving while barred-habitual offender and violation of probation.
