• Victor John Bottomley made an initial appearance on an unauthorized use of a credit card charge, a possession of methamphetamine charge, a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 18. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Joseph Patrick Anderson made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Anderson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $102 in court costs for a total of $222.75.
• Ranae Suzanne Juhl made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident-failure to provide information or aid charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 11 in Magistrate Court.
