• Terry Lee Echols made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release is revoked and the bond is set at $5,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Abelardo Lopez Hernandez made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Lopez Hernandez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Ronald Emmanuel Crawford Hernandez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge, a harassment-first degree charge and a child endangerment charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 11. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Patrick Dibwe made an initial appearance on an extradition request from the State of Colorado. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The extradition hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Dibwe is being held without bond.
• Gary Allen Prazak made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge and a dangerous weapon in commission of a crime charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 11. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Shane Williamson made an initial appearance on an extradition request from the State of Nebraska. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The extradition hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Williamson is being without bond.
• Carlos Valentin Don Jr. failed to appear for two counts of a driving under suspension charge and a failure to use child restraint device charge. The court found Don guilty on all charges. The fine for the driving under suspension charges is $250 each with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 for each charge. The fine on the child restraint device charge is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.
