• Tavone Noi Jordan made an initial appearance on a malicious prosecution charge, a providing false identification information charge, a no insurance charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and an operation without registration charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 14.
• Salvador Villagomez Nunez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 20 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Odilon Aguilera Lopez made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. The case was dismissed with $60 in court costs assessed.
• Cody Youngbear Leclair made an initial appearance on a speedin charge and a driving under suspension charge. Leclair pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Sara Rose Schwebach failed to appear for an operation without registration card or plate charge and a driving under suspension charge. The court found Schwebach guilty on both charges. The fine on the registration charge is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Fabiola Nunez Cabrera made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, an operating a non-registered vehicle charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 20 in Magistrate Court.
• Tiffany Gonzalez made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 14.
• Alan Gutierrez Cantu failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Gerardo Garcia Martinez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Martinez pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $34.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
