• Alisa April Barnhart made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release revoked. Bond is set at $8,000 cash in the defendant’s name only.
• Hannah Lee Ray made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Ray pleaded guilty to the speeding charge and the fine is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4 in Magistrate Court for the driving under suspension charge.
• Samantha Nicole Roberts made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge. Roberts pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $360 for court costs and bond repayment for a total of $647.50.
• Honeida Elizabeth Fernandez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 18.
• Rebecca Joan Schmidt made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4 in Magistrate Court.
