• Andrew Charles Stengele III made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Patrick Peters is appointed for these two cases. The preliminary hearing on the driving while barred charge and the contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Alex Kyle Hanson made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 6 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.
• Tony Adam Harris Jr. made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a failure to appear for a plea hearing charge. Harris pleaded guilty to the drug paraphernalia charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $102 in court costs for a total of $222.75. The plea hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $4,000 in defendant’s name only.
