• Zackery Ronald Dean Grady made an initial appearance on a faillure to appear for a pre-trial conference before a trial charge, an eluding charge, a driving while barred charge, a possession of marijuana-second offense charge, an assault on persons in certain occupations charge, a speeding charge and an interference with official acts charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The District Associate Court will reschedule the pre-trial conference. Bond on this is $2,000 cash. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 11. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
Grady was also seen on a no show for jail sentence charge. He was ordered to serve the balance of four days jail time.
• Leslie Quirarte made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Austin Eric Lowell made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 22.
• Stephannie Dawn Wright made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Juan Manuel Saldana Diaz made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 22.
• Monica Peppa Neuan made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
