• Robert Jeffrey Tavarez Gomez made an initial appearance on two counts of a failure to file a written guilty plea. A change in attorneys as been completed with the appointment of Benjamin Harris-Medina who will be given the allotted time for filing.
• Richard Scott Aschan made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge and two counts of a harassment-third degree charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 18. Bond is set at $1,600 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• David Duane Propp made an initial appearance on a failure to enter a guilty plea charge. The plea hearing is rescheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 18. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Blake Mitchell McBride made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge and a child endangerment charge. Taylor Reichardt entered an appearance. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 18. Bond is set at $4,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Vinson Bryant Grace made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge, an assault charge and a disorderly conduct charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 18. Bond is set at $1,300 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Mary Jane Conception Ortiz failed to appear for a failure to dim headlights charge and two counts of a driving under suspension charge. The court found Ortiz guilty on all charges. The fine on the headlights charge is $45 with a $6.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $106.75. The fines for the driving under suspension are $250 each with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 for each charge.
• Tyler James Dague made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Dague pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Alvin Morris made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 11 in Magistrate Court.
• Jose Alfredo Angel Medina made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Angel Medina pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Teresa Alcaraz made an initial appearance on a truancy charge. Alcaraz pleaded guilty and the fine is $100 with a $15 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $175.

• Joshua Charles Patterson made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on No. 20. Bond is set at $6,000 cash.

• On Saturday, Nov. 9, Daphne Doland, 48, was arrested for interference with official acts, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and possession of marijuana-second offense.
• On Saturday, Nov. 9, Kikey Esa, 23, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, Nov. 8, Mariah Martinez Alvarado, 23, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.
• On Friday, Nov. 8, Vinson Grace, 38, was arrested for harassment-first degree, disorderly conduct and assault-general.

• On Saturday, Nov. 9, Earl Blanton, 59, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• On Friday, Nov. 8, Blake McBride, 23, was arrested on a warrant charging him with child endangerment and domestic abuse assault-strangulation.
