• Delson Hollis Pushetonequa made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, a reckless driving charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, a no insurance-accident charge, a driving under suspension charge, a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge, a violation of a 0ne-way designation charge, a speeding charge and a failure to maintain control charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. Bond is set at $25,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Vanessa Ibarra made an initial appearance on a failure to appear charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The next court date will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Mark Anthony Pierce made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Leonardo Daniel Del Real Sanchez made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge and an interference with official acts charge. Christopher Clausen will continue as counsel for the probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. • Darrell Melven Morris Sr. made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Morris pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Luis Daniel Velasquez made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 8, 2025, in Magistrate Court.

• Yennifer Borges Marrero made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Borges Marrero pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Carlos Valentin Don Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 9.

• On Saturday, Nov. 16, Michael Bryan Sr., 62, was arrested for striking unattended vehicle and failure to maintain control.

• On Saturday, Nov. 16, Ashley Jackson, 18, was arrested for unsafe passing, no insurance-accident, driving while license is suspended, denied, canceled or revoked and driving while barred-habitual offender.
