• Tyler Ward Patterson made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Jeremy Ian Roberts made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 15. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
