• Steven Tyler Nichol made an initial appearance on a sex offender registry violation charge and a sex offender providing false identification information charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 15. Bond is set at $7,000 cash or surety.

• Hunter David Clark made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge, a theft-first degree charge, four counts of a burglary-third degree charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a theft-fifth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 15. Bond is set at $30,000 cash or surety.

• Enrique Rafeal Palmarez Chavarria made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, an interference with official acts charge, a no insurance charge, a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge, a failure to obey a traffic control device charge, two counts of an unsafe passing charge, an unsafe turn charge and two counts of a speeding charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Austin Gene Jordan made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 27.

• Serena Renee Hernandez failed to appear for a dog at large charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jennifer Michelle Nail made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 18. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• John Paul Horrell made an initial appearance on a controlled substance violation charge, a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, a drug stamp violation charge, a driving under suspension charge, a reckless driving charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, an unsafe backing on a highway charge and a speeding charge. • Valerie C. Kinchiro made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Kinchiro pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Lazaro Brian Portielez Sanchez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Portielez Sanchez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Liz Yensy Gonzalez Sardina made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4 in Magistrate Court.

• David Dayli Ochoa Arriaga Jr. made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 11 in Magistrate Court.

• Andrew Charles Stengele III failed to appear for a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge and the court found him guilty on both counts. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge as $55 with a $8.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $118.25.
