• Frankie Miller made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge and an absence from custody charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel on all cases. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A preliminary hearing on the absence from custody charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 22. Miller is being held without bond.
• Andrew Charles Stengele III made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge and a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge, a driving while barred charge and a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 22. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Billybob James Versteegh made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 22. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Daymon Jay Rosenberger made an initial aappearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Robert Keith Schmidt Jr. made an initial appearance on an assault charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 2.
• Iraima Barajas Ayard made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4 in Magistrate Court.

• On Monday, Nov. 11, Andrew Stengele III, 32, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense, driving while barred-habitual offender and on a warrant.
• On Monday, Nov. 11, Jake Wallen, 29, was arrested for trespass-first offense and possession of contraband in/on grounds of correctional facility-no weapon.

• On Thursday, Nov. 7, vandalism to property-a vehicle in the amount of $300 – $750 was reported on 170th Street.
Arrests
• On Monday, Nov. 11, Daymon Rosenberger, 22, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
Accidents
• On Tuesday, Nov. 5, an SUV driven by Joshua Michael Volk, 39, of Baxter, was southbound on Reed Avenue when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Volk SUV was estimated at $6,500.
