Nov. 25

• Matusalen Madrigal Roman made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 1 p.m. on Jan. 8, 2025. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Carlo Laroux made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 5. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A no-contact order is issued for the protected party.

• Ambria Elizabeth Price made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Price pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Marco Antonio Ordaz Garcia made an initial appearance on a contempt of court charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 10:15 a.m. on Dec. 6.

• Rowan Maeve Landas made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 18 in Magistrate Court.

Nov. 22

• Jerry Allen Cripps made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge and a noncompliance with a court order charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Dec. 6. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. The sentencing hearing following the compliance with the court order is set for 11 a.m. on Jan. 5, 2025. Cripps is being held without bond on this charge.

• On Sunday, Nov. 24, Matusalen Madrigal Roman, 35, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Nov. 24, Jose Lorenzana Menjivar, 29, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness-no intent, public intoxication-first offense and disorderly conduct.

• On Sunday, Nov. 24, Carlo Laroux, 42, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.

• On Saturday, Nov. 23, Ramiro Guerrero Jr., 28, was arrested for providing false identification information, violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court, domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.

• On Saturday, Nov. 23, Gatlauk Kuany, 23, was arrested for driving while license is denied or revoked and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Friday, Nov. 22, Krystal Brubaker, 30, was arrested for trespass-firs offense.

• On Friday, Nov. 22, Makayla Reynolds, 26, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.

• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Dah Htoo, 35, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant.

• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Mollie Fifo, 25, was arrested for rabies vaccination violation.

• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Benjamin Feilmeier, 36, was arrested for trespass and arson-third degree.

• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Jesse Ceniceros, 39, was arrested for theft-third degree-shoplifting.

• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Odilon Aguilera Lopez, 52, was arreste for dog at large.

• On Saturday, Nov. 23, Brittany Blocker, was arrested on a warrant charging her with theft-fourth degree and theft-fifth degree.

• On Friday, Nov. 22, Terry Tiggens Jr., 39, was arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana-second offense, possession of cannabidiol-third or subsequent offense, escape from custody-felon and two counts of violation of probation.
