• Ibrahim Lugendo made an initial appearance on a sex abuse-third degree charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 2, 2025, Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Brent Eugene Leon Allen made an initial appearance on a voluntary absence from custody charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 20. Allen is being held without bond.

• Chancey Paul Campbell made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Campbell is being held without bond.

• Austin Eric Lowell made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge and a pretrial revocation charge. The next hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Tyran Cedrick Collins III made an initial appearance on a failure to appear warrant. The next court date will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Mark Dean Stichter made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Stichter pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Syrenthea Marsheen McMullen made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 15, 2025, in Magistrate Court.
