The new charges preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 13. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2025. Bond is set at $5,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Erick Alejandro Laguna Tafolla made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2025. Laguna Tafolla is being held without bond.

• Daesha Samone Underhill made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge. Underhill pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Crystal Marie Phipps made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Phipps pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Tina Marie Weber made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 18 in Magistrate Court.
