• Andrew Scott Grandstaff made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving while revoked charge, a no insurance charge and a fraudulent use of registration charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 27. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Adrian Geronimo Lizarde made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 16. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Richard Henry Thomas III made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Thomas pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Ramon Alejandro Medina Angel made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 15, 2025 in Magistrate Court.
• Jami Rae Flowers made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 15, 2025, in Magistrate Court.
• Mark Allen Zeka made an initial appearance on a grooming charge. The preliminary hearing is waived. The next court date will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.
