• Blake Alxsandra Lucas made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Jan. 6, 2025. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

• Raul Elias Alas made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 8, 2025, in Magistrate Court.

• Austin Leo Bollas made an initial appearance on five counts of failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conferences will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond in two of the charges is set at $1,000 cash in defendant’s name only. Bond in the other three charges is set at $5,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Anthony Joseph Kassis made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge, a no insurance charge and a stopping on the paved portion of a highway charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 20. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 11, Brent Allen, 39, was arrested on a warrant charging him with absence from custody.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 11, Austin Bollas, 30, was arrested on a warrant charging him with two counts of possession of marijuana-second offense, criminal mischief-second degree, false imprisonment, two counts of child endangerment, two counts of contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order, domestic abuse assault-strangulation and domestic abuse assault-strangulation with bodily injury.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 11, Blake Lucas, 33, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
