• Wendy Claribel Aquino Morales represented by counsel, Chad Frese, waived her initial appearance. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 15, 2025.
• Donnanickole Lynn Jobe made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 22, 2025, in Magistrate Court.

• On Thursday, Dec. 26, John Henderson, 42, was arrested for theft-fifth degree-shoplifting, public intoxication-first offense, going armed with intent, interference with official acts, robbery-first degree-inflict or attempt serious injury or armed with a dangerous weapon.
• On Thursday, Dec. 26, Anistyn Ayers, 28, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and on a warrant.
• On Thursday, Dec. 26, David Propp, 57, was arrested for theft-third degree-enhanced.
