• Ryan Jason Papakee made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge and a public intoxication charge. Papakee pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the trespass charge is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $630. The fine on the public intoxication is set at $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Vaughn Oliver Currinder made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 7, 2025. Currinder is being held without bond.

• Alan Gutierrez Cantu made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a leaving the scene abd failure to give aid/information charge, a registration violation charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance-accident charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2025.

• Geovanny Esmerlyn Suarez Godinez made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, a speeding charge and a no insurance charge. Mark Torche is acting as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2025.

• Elvis Rosas Monge made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2025. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Eh Moo Thaw made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Thaw pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Lang Donald Leonard made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving while revoked charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2025.

• Melissa Ann Birch AKA Mailloux made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for two counts of contempt charge. The contempt hearing is set for 3 p.m. to Jan. 10, 2025.

• Agepito Cruz made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Cruz pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Adrienne Lucia Enriquez made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Enriquez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
