• Kevin Douglas Young made an initial appearance on a failure to maintain contact with counsel on a driving while barred charge. The pre-trial conference will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Candace Rahsaan Jones made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Jones is being held without bond.
• Alexander Michael Wayne Anderson made an initial appearance on four counts of a violation of probation charge and an escape from custody-felon charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. The preliminary hearing on the escape charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24. Anderson is being held without bond.
• Matthew Theodore Dickerhoff made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
• Bradley Brian Baumann Jr. made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge, a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge and a parole violation charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is st for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Baumann is being held without bond.
• Mary Kathryn Goad made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Goad is being held without bond.
• Marvin Noel Salvador Lopez made an initial appearance on a sex abuse-third degree charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 4. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jonathan Michael Waseskuk made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Kirk Arnell Thomas made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, an open container charge and a urinating in public charge. Thomas pleaded guilty to all three charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the open container is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $359. The fine on urinating in public is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Tommy Sherrel Washington made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Ashlyn Kay Miller made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Miller pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Amy Jo Hess made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 5 in Magistrate Court.
