• On Wednesday, Jan. 1, Ramon Avalos, 34, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Wednesday, Jan. 1, Marquis Haynes, 25, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, Jan. 1, Kirk Thomas, 61, was arrested for open container, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and public urination.

• On Wednesday, Jan. 1, Aaron Guevara, 28, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness-no intent.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 31, Douglas Kurth, 59, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 31, Ashlyn Miller, 20, was arrested for rabies vaccination violation.

Jan. 2

• Vanessa Marie Montoya made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Feb. 7. Montoya is being held without bond.

Dec. 31

• Rogelio Sanchez Sanchez made an initial appearance on four counts of a pretrial violation charge. All pretrial releases are revoked. Bond on three of the charges is $2,000 cash each with $5,000 cash only on the fourth charge.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 31, Gregory Reese, 42, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 31, Gatluak Bol, 40, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of parole and sex offender registration requirement violation-first offense.
