• Terry Lee Echols made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 3:15 p.m. on Jan. 17. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Tanner Scott Eybabroad made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Dusty Clements will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 3 p.m. on Jan. 17. Bond is $500 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Dawson James Masterson made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 29 in Magistrate Court.

• On Sunday, Jan. 5, Delaurentiss Thomas, 29, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, assault on persons in certain occupations-no injury, harassment-first degree-threaten forcible felony and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Sunday, Jan. 5, Terry Echols, 51, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.
