• Jeromey Eugene Bridges made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 27. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Joase Wibyula failed to make an appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge, an open container charge and a no insurance charge. The court found Wibyula guilty on all charges. The fines on the driving under suspension charges is $250 each with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 for each charge. The fine on the open container is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the no insurance charge is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Shelene Kate Balderas made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 19 in Magistrate Court.

• Rogelio Plascencia Mora made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.
