• Ashley Ruth Johnson made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 14 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Feb. 27. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
Johnson was also seen on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference on an interference with official acts charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Jeremy Ian Roberts made an initial appearance on an extradition request from the State of Wisconsin charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The extradition hearing is set for 3 p.m. on Feb. 5. Roberts is being held without bond.
• Michael Dean Willits made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 6.
• Jean Therese Hopkins made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Hopkins pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Arlette Karime Yepez Ramirez made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Izek Menne failed to appear on an operating of a vehicle on a dike charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Felipe Ramirez Alvizu made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Ramirez Alvizu pleaded guilty. The court granted him a deferred sentence requiring Ramirez Alvizu to obey all laws for one year and pay the civil penalty of $125 plus court costs of $60 within 90 days. This case will be reviewed on Jan. 17, 2026.
• Ronald Allen Oliver made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing charge. The sentencing hearing is rescheduled for 2 p.m. on Feb. 28.
