• Traviss Alexander Snelling made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Snelling is being held without bond.

• Bryan Allen Brown made an initial appearance on a grooming charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 6. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Esther Moore-Sulc failed to appear for an initial on an unsafe building and accessory structure in State Center. The next hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 18.

• David Hart made an initial on two counts of a driving under suspension charge. Mark Torche is representing Hart. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 19 in Magistrate Court.
