• Andrew Scott Grandstaff made an initial appearance on five counts of a violation of probation charge. Patrick Peters is acting as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on March 7. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Cody Lee Greenawalt made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge, a possession of methamphetamine charge and a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 7. Bond is set at $11,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Dino Mukandama made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 5 in Magistrate Court.

• David Hart made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a leafing the scene of an accident-property damage charge and a no insurance charge. Mark Torche is acting as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 5 in Magistrate Court.
