• Miko Kipp Youngbear made an initial appearance on an eluding-25 over the speed limit charge, an unsafe passing charge, a failure to maintain control charge, a no insurance charge, a reckless driving charge, a theft-fifth degree charge, a violation of a one-way traffic designation charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, a failure to obey a stop sign charge, an operating a non-registered vehicle charge, two counts of a failure to yield upon entering a through highway charge, four counts of speeding charge and 15 counts of a failure to obey a trafic control device charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 17. Bond is set at $20,000 cash.

• Malinda Cruz Bautista made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on March 21. Cruz Bautista is being held without bond.

• James Brian Jones made an initial appearance on a forgery charge and a theft-third degree charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 17. Bond is set at $7,000 cash or surety.

• Christina Wynn Erickson made an initial appearance on a providing false identification information charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 5 in Magistrate Court.

• Mark Gustav Widmann made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court out of Black Hawk County charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The next court date will be scheduled as the court docket permits. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jayden Josiah Hill made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Jeremiaha Joe Harrelson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Kevin Edward Hardin made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 27.
