• Bobbi Jo Daniel made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge and a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing and contempt hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on March 26. Daniel is being held without bond. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Miko Kipp Youngbear made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 21. Bond is set at $3,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
