• Amy Therese Morrison made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Dusty Clements continues as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 10:15 a.m. on Feb. 28. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. An new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Christopher James Lehrkamp made an initial appearance on an assault causing serious injury charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 27. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Shane Tyler Smith made an initial appearance on an assault charge, a harassment-first degree charge, a providing false identification information charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 27. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Trevon Malik Coney made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Jan Two Singemasa made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Zachary Warren Ragsdale failed to appear on a fireworks violation charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• On Sunday, Feb. 16, Amy Morrison, 51, was arrested for contempt/violation of a no-contact order.
• On Saturday, Feb. 15, Benjamin Knutson, 35, was arrested for operating while under the influence-second offense.
• On Saturday, Feb. 15, Emilio Hernandez, 31, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense.
• On Saturday, Feb. 15, Jodi Garcia, 44, was arrested on warrants.
• On Saturday, Feb. 15, Cody Garcia, 19, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, Feb. 14, Kevin Young 64, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, Feb. 14, Jeremiah James, 42, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, Feb. 14, Christian Fisher, 58, was arrested for no insurance-no accident, fraudulent use of registration and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Friday, Feb. 14, Kenneth Filbrandt, 40, was arrested for absence from custody, no insurance-accident, eluding-willful failure to stop for law enforcement-enhancement-second or subsequent offense; driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, reckless driving, possession of marijuana-first offense and criminal mischief-second degree.
• On Friday, Feb. 14, Michael Lewis, 40, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
