• Luis Manuel Mendez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge, a child endangerment charge and an interference with official acts-bodily injury charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 10. Bond is set at $8,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Carroll Clinton Kalvig made an initial appearance on a failure to change lanes upon approach of stationary towing/recovery vehicle charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Apri 16 in Magistrate Court.

• David Russell Geddis made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on April 18.

• Amanda Lee Eller made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Eller pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
