• Thomas Edward Eilander made an initial appearance on two counts of a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 20. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Ellis Boaz made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 28.
• Darrion Ruffin made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Ruffin pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Phillip Randall Dunston made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference on a theft-fifth degree charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 26 in Magistrate Court.
• Noraima Grau Solis made an initial appearance on a operating a non-registered vehicle charge and a driving under suspension charge. Grau Solis pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the non-registered vehicle is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Roberto Linares made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 23 in Magistrate Court.
• Reagan Renee Riang made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Riang pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• On Friday, March 7, Jatnael Alvizo Sanchez, 22, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, speeding, failure to yield upon entering a stop/yield intersection, dark windows or windshield, violation of reflector requirements and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.
• On Friday, March 7, Stephanie Roeder, 38, was arrested on a warrant charging her with two counts of theft-third degree and three counts of violation of probation.
• On Friday, March 7, April McKibbin, 45, was arrested on a warrant charging her with theft-first degree, theft-second degree and forgery.
• On Friday, March 7, Mohamed Khalif, 30, was arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance-first offense and operating while under the influence-first offense.
