• Lidia Roche Alamo made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 1 p.m. on May 2. Bond is $2,000 cash.
• John Darryl Jordan Jr. made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a providing false identification information charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 31. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Luis Alberto Garcia made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. Alexandra Nelissen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 31.
• Marvin Dominick Duran made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. Duran pleaded guilty and the fine is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $635.
• Aleta Mae Alberts made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. Julie Cutler is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9 a.m. on May 2. Alberts is being held without bond.
• Trent Leroy Easton made an initial appearance on a child endangerment-bodily injury charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 31. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
