• Emmanuel Jerome Dailey made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge, a driving while barred charge, a failure to use safety belts charge and a driving under suspension charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Terence Davel Shelby made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is et for 9:30 a.m. on April 7. Shelby is being held without bond.

• Amanda Sue Kibbee made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 21. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Anthony Antonio Anderson made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
