• Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving while revoked charge and a driving under suspension charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Apri 9.
• Melanie Rae Bullard made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge and an interference with official acts charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 10 a.m. on March 25 in Magistrate Court.
• Pah Yu Kho made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge, an interference with official acts charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a trespass-first offense charge. Julie Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 28. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Pay Pay made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge and an interference with official acts charge. Pay pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the trespass charge is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $630. Court costs of $60 were assessed on the interference charge.
