• Caleb Mackenzie Janssen made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge and two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing and the contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $4,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Ramiro Guerrero Jr. made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on May 28. Bond is set at $3,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Christopher James Moore made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Donald Paul Boucher made an initial appearance on a speeding charge, on four counts of a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge, an eluding charge, a driving while barred charge, a no insurance charge and two counts of a driving under suspension charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 7.

• Eric Hernandez made an initial appearance on a dark window/windshield charge, a driving while barred charge and a driving under suspension charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 17.

• Jordan Danielle Norton made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30 in Magistrate Court.

• Nicole Ann Gummert made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 23 in Magistrate Court.

• Camile Avion Patton made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 18 in Magistrate Court.

• Alexander Luc Smith made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Smith pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Michael Lynn Hemphill made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and a leaving the scene of an accident-property damage only charge. Hemphill pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving while revoked is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $100 in court costs for a total of $220.75. The fine on the leaving the scene is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.

• Keefer Keibo made an initial appearance on a possession of cannabidoil-first offense charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. Julia Cutler was appointed as counsel on the possession charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Apri 17. Keibo pleaded guilty to the stop sign charge and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Cesar Junior Ibarra made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge, a speeding charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. The preliminary hearing is waived. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Natasha Skye Kelderman made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 17.
