• Alondra Marisel Chavarria made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Aaron Isaac Guevara made an initial appearance on a failure to apper for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on March 12. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. Guevara was also seen on two counts of a driving while under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Ryan Wayde Purdy made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-third degree charge, a reckless driving charge, a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge and a false imprisonment charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 24. Bond is set at $7,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Anthony Robert Polzin made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving while barred charge, two counts of a no insurance charge, a driving under suspension charge and a leaving the scene of an accident charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 13. Bond is set at $7,500 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Sarafina Sue Christine Jimmison made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set at 9 a.m. on April 23. Jimmison is being held without bond.

• Traviss Alexander Snelling made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-second degree charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 13. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
