• Cortney Qwavon Woodland made an initial appearance on an operating a non-registered vehicle charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, a no insurance-accident charge, a failure to maintain control charge, a defective tires charge and a leaving the scene of an accident-property damage only charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 9 in Magistrate Court.

• Tanya Lynn Boyd made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 25. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

• Adhan I. Muse made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge. Muse pleaded guilty and the fine is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.

• Aunt Htoo Aung made an initial appearance on a possession of cannabidoil-first offense and a operating a non-registered vehicle charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 25. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Naw Mu Mu Phaw made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Phaw pleaded guilty and the fine is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $635.

• Joel Hernandez Guido made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 2 in Magistrate Court.

• Hayley Eve Pearse made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Pearse pleaded guilty and the fine is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $635.
