• Tyler James Sanders made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel on the probation violation. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10 a.m. on May 30. Sanders is being held without bond. Sanders pleaded guilty to the other two charges. On the driving under suspension the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Genaro Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on May 30. Gonzalez is being held without bond.

• Lexi Anne Lynch made an initial appearance on an operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 7.

Arrests

• On Wednesday, April 16, Lexi Lynch, 26, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent.

• On Wednesday, April 16, Deanna Witte, 54, was arrested for dog at large.

• On Wednesday, April 16, Tyler Sanders, 33, was arrested for no insurance, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and on a warrant.

Arrests

• On Wednesday, April 16, Genaro Gonzalez, 20, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
