• Ana Laura Martinez made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge, a trespass-first offense charge and a possession of a controlled substance-cannabidiol charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 1. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Alejandro Sanchez Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving while revoked charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 9.
• Odilon Aguilera Lopez made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Aguilera Lopez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
