• Joshua Lee Bailey made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Alexandra Nelissen is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 7. Bon is $5,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jerri Dean Baker made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on June 6. Baker is being held without bond.

• Miranda Nicole Wood made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Wood pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $55 with a $8.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $118.25.
