• Efrain Javier Torres Weitzell made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Alexandra Nelissen is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Torres Weitzell is being held without bond.
• Joshua Lane Kapayou made an initial appearance on two counts of a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge and an obstruction of emergency communications charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 11. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jesse William Jones made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge and two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference on the harassment charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 23 in Magistrate Court. The contempt of court hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 11. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Arturo Manzo Macias made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, an open container charge and a no insurance charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 22.
• Rylee Simone Delarme failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Raelynn Nicole Zielstorf made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Zielstorf pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Charleen Nicole Breckenridge made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge and a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 22.
• Gonzalo Garcia made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Garcia pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
