• Joshua Lane Kapayou made an initial appearance on two counts of a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge and an obstruction of emergency communications charge. • Rylee Simone Delarme failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Raelynn Nicole Zielstorf made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Zielstorf pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Charleen Nicole Breckenridge made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge and a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 22.

• Gonzalo Garcia made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Garcia pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
